For the past year this stray cat has been coming into our house every day to steal cat food, but would always run away at the first sight of us. A week ago I managed to get her to eat out of my hand. Today she is like this.

She spent six months at the shelter waiting to be adopted, presumably due to her tongue, but now she’s with us. Meet Miso!

It’s been almost a year since we took in the neighborhood stray and my son still insists on tucking him in when he naps „so he knows that he lives at our house and will come back.”
